Police Seek Wal-Mart Shoppers in Stampede Death

On a good note, the police are reviewing video tapes to see if they can identify the Wal-mart shoppers who caused the death of a temporary worker yesterday.  I doubt they’ll learn anything.

Indentifying Individuals in Wal-Mart Death Prove Difficult

The Chicago Sun Times is reporting:

Criminal charges were possible, but identifying individual shoppers in Friday’s video may prove difficult, said Detective Lt. Michael Fleming, a Nassau County police spokesman.

Ultimately, Wal-Mart is responsible for the death of its worker and the safety of the shoppers.  When you’re being pushed from behind by a mob of 2000 eager shoppers to save a few bucks, I’m fairly certain all you’ll want to do is get out of the way or end up trampled yourself.

Go Bama! Alabama #1 Beats Auburn University

Auburn University took a wooping against the number one rated college Alabama football team.  You can tell I’m excited since I’m a Crimson Tide Fan.

My girlfriend, who is now pouting, of course loves the Auburn Tigers.  But she still loves me especially when I’ve been prancing around in my Crimson Tide sweatshirt all afternoon.

I’ll say it again “Go Bama! Alabama #1 Beats Auburn University!”

I Want a Micro Bullet RC Helicopter For Christmas

With all the shootings and stampedes going on, sometimes its best to shop online for Christmas Presents.  No bullets to dodge, no people to run you over…  Just get me a Micro Bullet RC Helicopter and I’ll fly over this mess…

Anyway, even though I’m a big kid, I always want a remote control helicopter to play around with.  Something small enough to fly inside the house, or over the cubical wall to buzz my officemates.  (I’m sure I’m going to get in trouble for this.)

To my beautiful girlfriend: I noticed that at Woot! you can get a Micro Bullet RC Helicopter for under ten bucks.  Add in another $5 and you can avoid the bullets and stampedes.

Toys ‘R’ Us Shooting Leaves 2 Dead on Black Friday

First you have a stampede at Walmart, now there’s a shooting at Toys ‘R’ Us making “Black Friday,” the busiest shopping day of the year live up to its name.  It’s simply amazing how much tension there is in the air.  With the economy going down the tubes, people are fighting to death for stupid toys.

The Toys ‘R’ Us shooting in Palm Desert, CA left two persons dead. It was unclear if the shooting was gang related or due to a limited supply of toys.

Toys “R” Us issued a statement expressing outrage over the violence.

From MSNBC:

“We are working closely with local law enforcement officials to determine the specific details of what occurred,” the statement said. “Our understanding is that this act seems to have been the result of a personal dispute between the individuals involved. Therefore, it would be inaccurate to associate the events of today with Black Friday.”

Walmart Stampede (VIDEO)

Attention Walmart Shoppers, you’re about to see a stampede video that caused a death of a temporary Walmart worker in Valley Stream, NY.  Truely this is a Black Friday for the Walmart worker and his family.  What you’re about to see is a stampede, a stampede of shoppers rushing in to get that special gift …

Was it worth the price to save a few bucks on that XBOX sale? Certainly not!  A spokesperson from Walmart was quoted:

“A tragic situation occurred this morning prior to opening at our Valley Stream, N.Y., location. We are saddened to report that a gentleman who was working for a temporary agency on our behalf died at the store and a few of our customers were injured. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families at this difficult time. At this point, facts are still being assembled and we are working closely with the Nassau County Police as they investigate what occurred.”

Price of Gold Shoots Up Over $800

The price of gold did a jump shot and hit $800 today.  With a price increase of over $50, gold is becoming … well gold again…  He shoots … Gooooold, Goooooold, Gooooold, Gooooold … I guess you have to watch a soccer match announced in Spanish.

I wanted to buy gold earlier this week when it was hovering around $700.  Doh, sometimes you want to kick yourself.

I wasn’t able to make it to the bank until today to withdraw the money for the purchase and I hate carry a couple of grand around with me.  The money is still safer in the bank for now…

It’s really hard to get gold on the street since none of the coin dealers have it in stock.  But with last dip, people got scared and started to sell.  I was only able to get a few ozs:

  • 2 oz of the California Gold Coin
  • 1/2 oz gold eagle
  • 1/4 oz Canadian dollar

Sarah Palin Gives Pardon in Front of Turkey Slaughter (VIDEO)

Sarah Palin, it’s time to hand out the pardons.  This mockery and little concern for animals shows how callous she is and unaware of what’s going on while she pardons a turkey and then continues on with the interview.

WARNING, the video you are about to see is her give an interview while in the background you get to see turkeys slaughtered, throats slit and blood drained from their bodies…
